All That Glitters

I cannot believe it is already the end of April! I normally don’t care much about things like birthstones, but I think we can all agree that April got the best one. Diamonds! As the saying goes “they are a girl's best friend.” Here at Tre Bella Headquarters there are a lot of sparkles. We have diamonds on dress, headbands, belts, and more. We are very excited to say that starting this August we will carry several shoes from Betsy Johnson that boast a good bit of bling.

Check out our pinterest board “All that glitters...” for some diamond and sparkle inspiration. Or make an appointment to get accessories for your big day!

Something Blue.

Modern Trousseau, one of our favorite designers to work with, goes above and beyond for their brides. We are all familiar with the phrase “something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.” The blue symbolizes purity, loyalty, love and fidelity. A wonderful ideal to incorporate into your special day! Modern Trousseau takes one of those details off of your checklist. They sew the note “exclusively for” with each brides monogram inside the dress! I am a sucker for details so I greatly appreciate this little undertaking.

New Introductions.

Hello Tre Bella blogger-sphere! I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Megan and I am a new employee here at Tre Bella, Inc. I have the privilege of working with this talented staff on flowers for weddings and events, finding the perfect dresses for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride, and so much more!

I earned degrees in art management, business, and art history from Appalachian State. I then spent several years living and working in Washington, DC followed by a few near Charlotte, NC. My desire to be closer to family and friends brought me back to my hometown of Apex. Growing up with three sisters, I couldn’t feel more at home at this sister owned and operated business. I am looking forward to applying my love of design, fashion, and beautiful things to the business and sharing my thoughts and experiences with you here on the blog!

Our sister Kate had her wedding featured on Brides.com earlier in the week!

It was a lovely, small ceremony at the Museum of Life & Science's Butterfly House here in Durham with the reception following at the incomparable Mateo Tapas Restaurant downtown.
