Lovely Gowns!

I can't believe that it is already the end of July! Summer seems to just be flying by! We had some lovely weddings this past weekend that were filled with lots of beautiful summery flowers and details. However, today I am going to share with you a few beautiful dresses from our bridal store. These three dresses happen to be part of the Modern Trousseau collection that we carry as one of our lines at Tre Bella Bridal. This particular bride has made her decision and gave us full permission to share these pictures. We would never take away any special moment from a bride debuting her dress for her special day! Here are the top three!

The first gown is the beautiful Autumn Dress. I love this certain lace dress because while the underlying tone happens to be darker in on this particular dress it can be a few different shades. I personally think the mocha color is Stunning! The scallop lace along the bottom of this dress is such a wonderful detail. Paired with a veil with similar lace the look is flawless. We also added a small beaded belt on Satin ribbon to add a little touch to the dress. The belt would be a perfect touch to add to your dress for the reception, when your veil comes off but you still have that little extra sparkle to your gown.

The second gown is the Adele from Modern Trousseau. This strapless sweetheart silhouette dress is a knock out. I think the fit of the silk chiffon and pure silk is exquisite. The bodice feature ruched chiffon that has detail to it but not enough to take away from the overall look of the dress. This dress is extremely flattering with its fitted ways and flare at the bottom. The scalloped lace that hangs at the hem is such a beautiful detail! This dress needs nothing more than a pair of earrings to be completely set for your big day!

The third gown is also a modern Trousseau and is the Hope dress. This dress has always been one of my favorites ever since the first time I saw it! I love the unique texture of this lace. It has wonderful creamy satin underlay. I love the band that it has at the waist that helps give the top a more fitted look and the bottom and sweet and simple flair. That waist band also leaves the option to add a very fun and unique belt to the dress. This dress is simple yet the detail of the lace is so unique that it really makes it a memorable dress with such strong character.

Which one is your favorite on the bride? Which one would you pick?
Happy picking!

Wedding of the Week!

The beautiful images below (from Nancy Ray Photography!!) were featured in the most recent issue of the The Knot NC - the summer magazine issue. The ceremony was at Duke Chapel and the reception at Bay 7. Each bridesmaid carried a different flower in their bouquet (peonies, spray roses, roses, tulips, hydrangeas, lisianthus) and the bridal bouquet was pink garden roses.

Over the Weekend.

Hello! Over the weekend we had a beautiful wedding at the Sarah P. Duke gardens. The main flower incorporated into the beautiful tall arrangements and low arrangements were Calla Lilies. Calla Lilies are some of my very favorite flowers because my mom and grandmother love them. My mom used them as her wedding bouquet flowers as well. I think they are so simple yet so beautiful.

Here is a picture of what they look like after we unpack them in our shop. They are so elegant, long and pretty but then when worked into other things is when they really become beautiful!

Here is a low arrangement just placed out in our shop on a burlap runner. We were setting it out and making sure it looked just right for the wedding celebration!

This is the a picture of the beautiful tall arrangements there were with the Calla Lilies at the reception. The Calla's looked beautiful coming out of the skinny tall silver mercury fluted vases.

These were the low arrangements that filled the filled half the room while the tall mercury vases filled the other half.

The special reserved seats for the newly Mr. and Mrs. Adorned with a special sign and matching individual Calla Lily!

We loved this wedding a whole lot from this past weekend and are looking forward to being able to share all the professional pictures from the night!

Beautiful Bouquets.

I wanted to share with you all a few of our favorite bouquets from recently. Brides bouquets are always such a joy to make because we get to incorporate so many different interests of flowers together for each bride!

The succulent that is in the center of this bouquet is my favorite key element of this bouquet. It adds such a wonderful texture. I also love the cascading element of the hanging eucalyptus that is falling from the bouquet. I love all the unique and charming elements of this bouquet!

The pink peonies and the anemones in this bouquet are absolutely stunning. The peonies were perfectly shaped and well matched with the pink roses, ivory roses and the spray roses. It was an altogether great combination. I loved the added element of the pitt and dusty miller around the bottom!

This is a classic and beautiful feminine bouquet. The warm colors and soft combinations make it a beautiful bouquet. I love the peonies paired with the white and pink stock. The soft yellow colors are very romantic paired along with the pinks and I love the bright pops of white!

Hope you enjoy these beautiful bouquets! We were so happy to be able to deliver them to three beautiful brides on their special day!
